This wine sits in the white nectarine aroma spectrum with delicately fragrant jasmine and boronia. There is good acid balance punctuating the richer palate tendency of Viognier.
 

The grapes were sourced from Bellarine Estate’s basalt-soil vineyard. They were selectively machine-harvested and fermented in old barrels in a gentle, cool process.

Drink now or cellar well for many years.
